Bee happy .... make an advent gift calender
I have been busy gathering little gifts, presents and sweet treats for making our Christmas advent calendar this year.
This years colours are grey and white and the bags will be sealed with this cute star washi tape.
I found these numbered stickers on Pinterest and printed them off onto A4 sticker paper.
Each bag will be numbered for a little treat each day in December.
What advent are you having this year?

Bee happy ....... visit the flower market
Who loves going to the flower market?
I visited out local market this morning and found these beautiful vintage style roses at £1 a bunch.
I quickly snapped up the last 3 bunches!
I love roses when they are looking a little faded and shabby, they have so much character!
Hope you all have a happy weekend!

Bee happy ..... kitchen settee renovation is finished
Do you remember these fabrics which I shared with you?
They were for updating my kitchen settee, in the end I used them all.
I am really pleased with the finished look and the dogs love it too!
I painted the frame in Annie Sloan Old White and stitched together a section of fabric pieces to make one larger piece for the bottom.
I used my trusty staple gun and glue gun and added a little more padding to make it softer to sit on.

Bee happy ...... hang up a dress
I was out shopping recently in the sales and came across this pretty dress.
It's not an everyday dress with the beading detail and net skirt but is so lovely it seems a shame to hide it away.
I decided to use a pretty hook and hang it on the bedroom wall as art.
I can admire it everyday now.

Bee happy ..... tie dye napkins are finished
Remember my tie-dye pack I received in the post?
Well I got started on it this week and decided to use buttons of course!
I put a buttons randomly in the napkins and then put elastic bands around the fabric
to secure the buttons in place.
The dye all mixed up in the bowl with the napkins soaking looked quite pretty.
Rinsing the dye off the pretty button patterns appeared.
I am really pleased with the results, what do you think?
