I had a little spare time so I made some little lavender decorations.
I used my stamps and printed on some fabric that matched my living room curtains.
I then stitched around the edges, tucking a ribbon loop in at the top, filled with lavender and then finished stitching up.
I used a different fabric for the backs, spots and gingham which were scraps I had in my scrap bag.
I cut a few branches from the garden and then hung my sachets on these.
I think they look great in the living room.
Don't forget to enter my giveaway if you haven't already done so over here.
It ends on Saturday 20th October.
There is now also a fabric book mark included in the giveaway with a signed copy of my book
Diary of a house move.

ReplyDeleteDeb dear, that is a stupendous idea!! I wonder if it would work with essential oils and batting. I don't have real lavender, but I have some wonderful essential oils.
