Bee happy ..... make a stocking

I have been looking for some inspiration on line for Christmas stockings.

I think I want to make a couple of stockings his year and now I have found some photos
I am inspired.

I love the colours and textures of these stockings, they are all so pretty and will last years in
these classical colours.

  3. Great choice, I am going to sew some Christmas stockings too. Apparently I also pick the grain sack. I sewed these in the red and white last year, it is time for change.

  13. I like making stockings! We have so many and not so many people to fill them for this year. They make great decorations on their own anyway don't they? So much inspiration!

  14. It's one of those things on the list of things i'd quite like to try sometime but haven't quite got round to yet.
I am looking forward to seeing pictures of your finished piece.

  15. I made one last year out of felt and gingham fabric with a gingerbread man appliqued on. It was going to be for one of the boys but I decided to keep it for myself in the end!
