I recently bought this special edition magazine/book from Country Living and I love it.
It is full of the most wonderful pictures.

ReplyDeleteI love hydrangeas,my Mum has a huge one in her garden,and when the flowers are over and dry,they make lovely arrangements.Ooh,you've got us all curious now! :0)
ReplyDeleteWe were walking around at an Open Day at a Gertrude Jekyll designed garden at Cranborne a few years back when the lady in front of me fanned her face and exclaimed "Oh! I draw the line at HYDRANGEAS!!!" and marched out of the garden.

Such lovley photos, I love hydrangeas, they remind me of a lovely lady called Avril who I knew when I was a child living in Emsworth back in the 60's and also my ex-hubby used to call then Stewart Grangers

Hi Deborah, dear...Your new hydrangea is beautiful. I love the color, and haven't seen that color very much. Usually the periwinkle color which I love also. We can't grow hydrangeas where I live...too hot and humid. But where I grew up in New Jersey, they are in almost everyone's yard...Lush, big, and beautiful.
