Bee happy ..... create a canvas with CanvasPop
The lovely people at CanvasPop recently contacted me and asked if I would like to review one of their products.
They are an online printing company with a huge passion for quality art, photography and home décor.
As you know we are all a creative lot and I jumped at the chance of picking an image to be printed onto a canvas.
I sent over a photo to CanvasPop which would be 16" x 20" with a 0.75" wrap and within a couple of days I had an email saying my canvas had been created and dispatched.
So within a week this sturdy cardboard parcel arrived and I couldn't wait to open it!
The canvas was well wrapped and protected with bubble wrap within the sturdy box.
I love the quality of the canvas, I had to pick an image of Tash and Coco, enjoying the garden last Summer.
The canvas has a photo wrap, but other options are available, you could pick a black, white or photo wrap.
On the back of the canvas is a wire and hooks already attached and ready straight away for hanging on the wall.
On the bottom 2 corners are small rubber studs for keeping the canvas level, protecting your wall, and to stop it from slipping.
Also included was a hook and nail for hanging the canvas, CanvasPop think of everything!
There was also a discount for another canvas print included in this little pack.
The image I picked has been printed really well and is clear and true to the photo.
All in all, CanvasPop provides a great, friendly service with excellent quality canvas prints.
I hope you like the image I picked for my canvas, I just need to hang my lovely new print on the wall!
Head over to http://www.canvaspop.com/ to see what you can create.
Stay tuned as there will be a giveaway on my blog with CanvasPop soon!

Bee happy ..... updated sofa
Last year I decided to paint and re-cover this pretty sofa to freshen it up.
I made a patchwork cover for the bottom half and plain fabric was used for the back.
I was really pleased with the transformation but I have been busy decorating the kitchen/diner over the last couple of weeks and have changed the Cath Kidston wallpaper for hare wallpaper and the sofa didn't match any more.
So I re-covered it again!
I used a linen table cloth for the back piece of fabric and some grey velvet from Ikea for the bottom piece. I also used my daisy patterned tacks to hold the fabric in place.
I am really pleased with the finished look and found some rabbit cushions to compliment the whole scheme.
Have you got any projects planned?
