Bee happy ..... fit new doors

Last year we had most of the internal doors in the house changed to new ones but the joiner let us down and we were left with 3 new doors stuck in the garage waiting to be fitted.

Well this week we finally got around to organising a joiner and he came out yesterday and fitted the final 3 doors.  For some reason I kept calling him Alan even though his name was Roy.  I said it that much that husband started calling him Alan too!

Before picture - got this poster from Whittards to cover up the door
last year. This is utility door into the garage.

Before picture - this is the downstairs cloaks door in the hallway.

Before picture - this is also in the hallway which leads into the living room.
One of the little doggies has gotten used to just pushing this
door open with her snout to gain access to the settee
because the catch doesn't work

Nice new door in utility now, it just needs painting white
to match the other doors I painted in the kitchen before
I did my wallpapering.

New door into the living room, notice my E is missing from
my HOME sign above the door, the E fell off
during the night the other night, broke it 2 and scared me half to death!

New door into the cloaks, much nicer!

I had the joiner fit me a little vacant/engaged sign
on this door, I have them on the upstairs bathrooms and
think they are so cute!

The house is coming together at last.  We may have some new radiators fitted in some rooms and then it's all systems go for decorating through the house.  At least the paint will dry quicker in the summer!

Bee happy x
Have a delicious day!
