Bee happy .... get ready for Easter

Just a few pictures today of my Easter decorations.

I have my hanging chickens and bunnies.

I have mini chocolate eggs and creme eggs, I'm all set!

I bought this glass cake stand a few weeks ago from Matalan and instead of using Mr Kipling's iced fancies to fill it I decided to put in a nest from Hobby Craft, a real egg, some chocolate eggs and some little chicks.

The feathers were found on our back garden a couple of weeks ago, I think they are from a pheasant.

Bee happy x
Have a delicious day!

  1. What a cute idea to use the glass dome for an Easter display, I have one knocking around somewhere, I might try that. (I find it too hard having displays of mini eggs - I just eat them all)

  3. I have just been to the shops and boughs some little chicks because my son loves them. I shall be making a little decoration this year I think and maybe even some bunting, this gorgeous weather certainly puts us all in the mood for bright and cheerful things

    Have a great weekend!

  6. Oh this is just lovely! I love cloched cake stands, I've always wanted one! They remind me of a lovely Victorian themed tearoom I used to visit whenever I was home from Uni, all sorts of edible and non edible curious on glass stands like these :-)

You cannot beat Mini Eggs, pipe cleaner chicks and sparkly things! :-)

  8. I'm afraid those chocolate eggs would last about 10 minutes around me..just enough time to photograph them and then straight into my mouth. :)

It's all very stylish and beautiful - and that 2nd last photo could be straight from a magazine. Real eye candy. I like it a lot.
