Bee happy .... sale bargins

I wanted to show you a couple of things I bought in the sales at John Lewis.

The first is this mirror with shuttered doors.

The next purchase was this jar.

One of my little birds I got for Christmas.



A Christmas present from Mr Happy, he got me a couple of these, I just adore them :)


Can't bear to put these baubles away yet!

    I love mercury glass, my mum got me some candlesticks which look similar to yours in the background. Great sale bargains x

    Love the mirror with shuttered doors, I was just looking at shutters in the DIY store and coveting them! Keep the baubles out for as long as they make you happy I say! x

    Hi Deb, Great bargains. I love a bit of mercury glass also, too pretty to pack away,and I have a thing for birds, owls in particular.

    The kids bought me two silver owls ornaments for christmas, but India dropped one so it is stuck together with glue, now it has a story to go along with it as well.

    Such beautiful objects! I saw some silver baubles in a shop window this morning and thought what a shame they have to be put away until next christmas. Needless to say I have fairylights all year round and so-called 'tree decorations'!
