Bee happy .... make a leather bag

I bought some pink leather recently and have decided to make a hand bag.


I decided on a style and cut out my pattern.


I am using this CK fabric for the lining.





Both materials are cut and ready for sewing now, so stay tuned for the finished result.

    I have a coin purse for my Euros in that Cath Kidston print - I love it! I am always amazed by your skills - now bag making. Do you have to use a special needle for the leather or is it quite fine? Waiting to see finished bag! xxx
