I decided to display my candles on a cake stand.
Cake stands come in very handy for lots of things :)
I added a few cones dotted about to fill small gaps.
I do remove the cones now I am lighting the candles every night! Mr Happy says it's about fire safety or something ;)

Picture perfect..what a delightful idea!
ReplyDeletei dont have candles any more which makes me sad as i love them, but i left them buring once too often and then one day i sat a candle in a metal holder on the top of our record player (yep we still listen to records lol) and the holder heated, making the record player lid heat up, melt, causing the candle holder to tip spilling wax every where....well Mr D wasn't too pleased lets just say..... so. I'm banned.
ReplyDeleteWhat a creative nice idea! Hugs
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the white. It looks so refreshing and delightful. Aromas are very important as well as fire safety...

They look so pretty! I have my church candles on glass cakestands too, but instead of pinecones I now have little pink and green paper roses around the bases (fire hazard if ever there was one!) And at Christmas, I had little scented bundles of cinnamon sticks! xxx
