Bee happy ..... finished crates

Remember my painting session?

 

These are the finished white crates now back in place.

 

 

I have a sweetie shop in the kitchen with the small and medium crates.

 

The largest crate is holding my large books in the lounge.

 

I love the crates white, they look so much better.

Bee happy .... get the paint brush out

I have had the paint brush out again.

 

This cupboard and 3 crates came in this brown varnished wood look and since getting them I have been itching to paint them white.

I finally got around to it last week.

 

 

I unscrewed all of the little plates and saved them in a plastic cup so I didn't loose them.

 

After painting I screwed all of the plates back on again.

 

I think this little cupboard looks so much better white and all my bits and pieces stand out better against the white background.

Bee happy ....... get a gift

I have been a lucky girl this week and I am very happy!

 

My lovely friend made me this gorgeous crochet blanket in my favourite colours.

 

 

Pink, grey and white.

 

She knows I don't crochet too well so spent her free time crocheting squares for me and she finished sewing it together this week.

 

I just love the frill she put around the edge of the blanket.

 

She knows I love frills too :)

 

Thank you so much my sweet friend, I will treasure this beautiful blanket forever.
