Bee happy ....... get a gift

I have been a lucky girl this week and I am very happy!
 
My lovely friend made me this gorgeous crochet blanket in my favourite colours.
 
 
Pink, grey and white.

 
She knows I don't crochet too well so spent her free time crocheting squares for me and she finished sewing it together this week.
 
I just love the frill she put around the edge of the blanket.
 
She knows I love frills too :)






 
Thank you so much my sweet friend, I will treasure this beautiful blanket forever.

    It's gorgeous!! :-] I haven't done a blanket with all those pieces for a looooong time, but I still remember how much work it is! ^_^ Although, when it's crocheted with love in every stitch it doesn't feel like work at all!! :-)

    Deb, that is a beautiful blanket!! The colors are lovely and look beautiful on your bed. You have a precious friend to remember your favorite colors, and work happily on a present for you. I like the ruffled edge, too.

    I love to crochet, though I haven't crocheted anything in a bit. Hmmm..reminds me that I have crocheted squares in pink, grey and green, waiting to be sewn together for a scarf.
