Bee happy ..... afternoon tea

Do you remember these spoons from the car boot at the weekend?

I have spent a little time cleaning them up as they were quite tarnished.

I think they have come up wonderfully!

They are now clean and shiny, ready to use for afternoon tea.

Will you join me?

  4. I would be delighted to join you, Deb. Your teaspoons came out so lovely. I remember when we were in England many moons ago (1980), and I ordered tea I was given a REAL teaspoon to stir. Oh, it was such a delight. It was so small and dainty, and perfect for the job. Here is Texas when they give you a spoon it's usually a huge tablespoon...LOL...I mean really! It sort of ruins the ambiance, if you know what I mean.

Thank you for visiting me, Deb. I always love to see your happiness on my comment page.

    Blessings for enjoying your teaspoons,

    Marianne xo

  5. Ooops - I made an error...we were in England in June, 1983. You were having a heat wave, and we were having a tropical storm or hurricane blowing through our hometown in Texas. It knocked down the frame to our first home we were having built.
